REGISTER for the Fan Meeting 2022 “I’m not from here, not from this world” ❗❗❗

Dear All
Below, there is a link to a form which you can use to sign up for the Official Meeting of Fans of Michal Szpak, which will take place in Pruszków at the Centre for Culture and Sports, from 1:00 p.m. -to 5:00 p.m.
The admission fee this year is PLN 150❗
There is a discount of PLN 40 for the members of the OFC Association who have paid their 2021 membership fee, so the entrance fee for the members of the OFC Association is PLN 110
As usual, there will be a lot going on at the Fan Meeting and it will be a great opportunity to get together after a two-year break! We are looking forward to seeing you and our Artist again, who will be co-hosting the event. We also hope to invite some interesting guests.
Before you sign up, please read the regulations of the Fan Meeting.
We would like to remind you that the Fan Meeting can be attended by children at the age of 10 or older.
Children must bring a letter from their parents/guardians with their permission for the child to attend the Fan Meeting.

Each person must be registered on a separate form. Do not place several people on one form! If you make a mistake, do not send the application form again, please contact Gabriela Kolodziej instead.

Our Fan Meeting will be held at the Centre of Culture and Sports in Pruszków, where we are always looked after.
Pruszków is well connected with Warsaw. You can take the SKM at the Warszawa Śródmieście station and after 15 minutes you are in Pruszków (Warsaw public transport tickets apply).

Please transfer the fee to our bank account and please write the title of the event: “fee for the 2022 Fan Meeting”. ❗❗❗
In the case of a payment for several people or a payment on behalf of another person, please write the names of the persons for whom the fee is paid.
The fee can be paid until 30 November this year. Please pay your fee now. If the list is closed due to the lack of available places, we will inform you.

The fee is non-refundable, so please make sure that you are aware of that. We also reserve the right to cancel the Fan Meeting in the event of force majeure. In this case, the paid fee will be refunded.

Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that you have been added to the participant list of the event.
