“The ball at the Chief’s” with stars (”Bal u Naczelnika”) – at the theatre ”Teatr Wielki”.

We can watch the play ‘’Bal u Naczelnika” at the theatre in Łódź on 26th, 27th and 28th October.   The play  is organized as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of regaining the independence .

A unique spectacle at the end of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the independence is organized by the Marshal’s Office in Łódź, on 26th October at the Grand Theater in Łódź. The premiere of this multimedia show “Bal u Naczelnika” is prepared in a cooperation with the Marshal’s Office in Łódź. This is one of the most awaited for artistic events this Autumn. It’s worth going to watch it with your whole family. The performance combines classical music with entertainment music and uses the history in order to remind us of the fate of the legions of Pitsudski. Its dramatic construction is similar to the one in ‘’Wedding’’ by Stanisław Wyspiański. The action takes place during the first New Year’s Eve of free Poland in 1918. There will be a lot of fun during the play “Bal u Naczelnika”, there will be a dozen of scenes presenting the most important figures and events from the history of Poland from 1918 till the present day.
