”Szpakowiankowanie 2018”- Summer fan meeting for members of OFC MS Association

Dear All! ❤  <3 we already know the details of I SUMMER FAN MEETING FOR MEMBERS OF OFC MS ASSOCIATION!
 
The fan meeting will take place on 23rd – 24th June 2018 (with the option of extending to 25th June) in a leisure centre “GWAREK” in Ślesin, Leśna street nr 5 .http://gwarekslesin.pl/
Schedule of the event:
 
🗓 23.06.
 
14.00 – 15.00  – arrival and check – in
15.00 –  a welcome dinner together 
18.00 – a discussion about current work of the Association, a summary of activities plus ideas and goals for the future  🙂  😊
19.00 – “Spak’s evening”- barbecue, bonfire and a lot of special attractions.  🙂 😊🤘
 
🗓 24.06.
 
10.00 – breakfast
11.00 – 14.00 – time off, chill – out, outdoor games  🙂  😉
14.00- lunch
 
In the afternoon, we are going to Michał’s concert in Kleczew.
 
There is a possibility to organise a transport for those who do not have cars  🙂  😊
We are still working on it  (the prices below do not include transport).
After the concert, we are coming back together and spending some time together, all of us  🙂  😊
 
🗓 25.06
 
9.00 – breakfast and going back home  🙂  😊
 
Prices :
 
▪Basic package – one night accommodation (23/24.06), breakfast, two lunches and barbecue- 230 zl
▪Second night accommodation (24/25.06) with breakfast – 70 zl
 
Breakfast is a hot buffet with plenty of choice. Lunch consists of a two- course meal plus coffee, tea or other drinks. Barbecue is a special, pre-ordered menu. The above prices do not include alcohol.

We would like to ask those of you, who decide to take part in the fan meeting, to contact Anna Sokołowska with information regarding accommodation – one or two nights.

Due to the fact that we have to make an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the package, please make an advance payment, after contacting Ania Sokołowska, as follows:

  • Basic package – PLN 230, payable until 31st May 2018 (advance payment of PLN 115, payable until 9th March 2018);
  • Extended package – PLN 300, payable up to 31st May 2018 (advance payment PLN 150, payable until 9th March 2018).

In the title of the transfer, please write ” zaliczka na zlot 23/24.06 – pakiet podstawowy/rozszerzony”, (advance payment for zlot 23 / 24.06 – basic / extended package).

If the payment is made on behalf of someone else, please enter the person’s first and last name in the title.
