Membership Fees and Donations
The membership fee for 2019 is:
- 60 PLN for new members of the Association
- 50 PLN for existing members
Each member of the OFC MS Association receives his ID card free of charge. If you would also like to receive a lanyard and an etui case apart from the ID card, please pay an additional 15 PLN and add a note “lanyard and etui case fee” in the title of your transfer.
When you pay your contribution please add a note “membership fee for a year …” in the title of your transfer. It is very important! When the contribution is paid by third parties, please add a name of the person the fee is paid for in the title of the transfer.
